We had a momma robin do the same thing on one our security lights last spring. I think I was just as proud of her babies as she was when they finally hatched!

We had a bird's nest outside our dining room window that we'd been watching. The babies hatched - there were two. The momma sat on them for three days straight when that awful Nashville weather hit...and then they were just gone. And I think I found one little one dead and smushed on our lawn. It makes me sad. (Sorry for the downer!)
Your site is beautiful. The bird's nest is just wonderful. I'd love to find a nest around here, but with 5 outdoor cats, I imagine they've got them well hidden in the cedar trees.

Awwwww!! That is so nice! We had birds nests.. in the trees, but I think the neighbors cat got to them :(
