Okay, now for the giveaway details. The giveaway prize is a cute tunic sweater and a blingy heart necklace, PERFECT for Valentines Day!
It comes in grey, black and plum and looks cute with leggings or skinny jeans.
The winner must go in the store to try on and pick up; looks darling with the heart necklace. The sweater retails 39.99 and the necklace for $15.

So I don't live in Utah (although I used to lol) I live in Montana. But I happen to have a sister in centerville so if it's possible to enter her maybe it would be a fun valentine gift for her:)

I love it! (but how come it is only for Utah;s residents? I live in Idaho, (but are from Utah), just 2 hours from Layton and go to Utah everymonth...too bad you are not including everyone!
